PARADIGM Management Group’s (PMG) purpose is to lead aspiring individuals and organizations in the relentless pursuit of their highest potential.

Of the three primary types of assets, Physical, Financial & Human, it is the human asset that sets the priority and utilization of the other two. PMG provides coaching and consulting models to dispense high quality advice while holding leaders accountable which in turn elicits extraordinary organizational performance.
Our primary focus is serving Legacy companies and organizations.
Legacy is generally defined as a gift or asset passed from one generation to the next. However, Legacy in PMG parlance, is larger. It’s the total giving of one’s self for the success and full benefit of what’s next.
Weldon Larson is the Senior Partner/Principal
of PARADIGM Management Group, LLC.
He is well respected for his “no nonsense” approach to seeing that the right things get done, in the right way, on time, the first time, every time. Weldon has consistently demonstrated high levels of competency through well-established disciplines, excellent communication, and laser-sharp focus on RESULTS.
He orchestrates effective strategy development and implementation, while demonstrating unsurpassed commitment to the highest levels of client satisfaction.
He has consistently addressed the diverse needs of select clients locally, nationally, and internationally. Weldon works closely with other highly recognized and skilled leaders in the field to provide the highest quality services to his clients. He has worked with Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, Extreme Ownership from Echelon Front’s skilled trainers, and many others.
- In commercial real estate, Weldon has participated in over $150M in private development activity, often as a principal and/or managing general partner.
- Chico Executive Group: Life, Leadership, & Community, Chief Reminding Officer and Chairman, managing all operations of the group since June 2013.
- The Hignell Companies, Support of land acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, syndication and real estate consultation 2000-2019.
- HIL Group, Inc. Developers, President/CEO, managed all commercial and residential development, project acquisition and divestment activities. 1988-1992
- IBM Corporation, International Marketing Program Manager – General Business Group, responsible for overall marketing and revenue for Copier Product Line in 11 Countries in Europe and Latin America for 13 years.
