Paradigm comes from Paradigma, the Greek word for internal design.

Your “Internal design” includes your values and beliefs. In essence the operating system or wiring diagram of your life. The paradigm you hold influences everything in your life and business. Recognizing and in some cases rewiring that system can change the course of your life, and in turn the trajectory of your business.

At Paradigm we THINK Results.

The “THINK” slogan was first used by Thomas J. Watson in December 1911, while managing the sales and advertising departments at the National Cash Register Company. At an uninspiring sales meeting, Watson interrupted, saying “The trouble with every one of us is that we don’t think enough.

The reality is that having someone to help you think can be a significant step towards changing your paradigms. Outside perspective and experience can open you up to ideas and a future you cannot imagine on your own.

Beyond thinking, we focus on Results. Understanding what you are trying to achieve in our work together is a primary step to establishing a plan and a project that will generate the results that you are looking for.

Organizational
Health

Utilizing our own resources along with incredible tools provided in partnership with The Table Group, Paradigm can help you diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of your team and culture. We have worked extensively with Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group to be able to deploy key resources to help your teams achieve optimal performance and job satisfaction.

Because leadership comes from the top, your leadership style and your paradigms are a starting place for the health of your organization. From there we can work with your leadership team and your middle management to help clarify the culture you want to create, and build a plan to help you get there. From hiring well to managing teams and internal communication, Paradigm will work with you to define the objectives and make the changes you need to create the organization you want to lead.

OperationaL
Clarity

A lot of leaders know conceptually what the right next steps are, but moving from conceptual ambiguity to operational clarity is critical if you are going to take your organization into the future. Do you know how to articulate your strategic position in the marketplace? Are you crystal clear on your operating values? Does your team recognize the various skill sets and business acumen that you have gathered around your table Monday mornings?

Paradigm can help you gain operational clarity, create strategic plans for the next quarter, year or five years, and help you see what might stop you from getting there. Let us help you look at your complex business problems and identify what is working and what is not working so that together we can help you create a better outcome.

Succession
Planning

Too many businesses led by brilliant entrepreneurial people grow to a certain level and then get stuck. Without a clear plan for the future these leaders often lead too long, don’t know how to let go, and ultimately their companies fail at the end.

That reality is sad but all too true because there has been no energy and intention taken to THINK about the future and create an exit strategy. Who do you want to have leading the company when you are ready to step away? What has to happen between now and then for the company to be ready and for you to be ready? How is your company operating in your community to make an impact? What are the tangible next steps you need to take today to be clear about your tomorrow?

Helping you gain clarity on how to move forward is at the heart and soul of what we do at Paradigm.
